No way, Corsair retain their legacy no matter how low they go. See:

Users in an extreme pinch would probably be well served by the 200R, but I think I'd still recommend tracking down a BitFenix Merc Alpha or Merc Beta instead. Those enclosures are cheaper still, but offer more well rounded performance.

Also what is the supposed price of this on-street because the BitFenix Merc Alpha retails for ~2800/- (from official resellers and distributors). No USB 3.0 is a downer again.
 
Anand Lal Shimpi forgot that the 200R has USB3 front ports. The only downside of the 200R is that it ONLY supports USB3 (Not a biggie but might be an issue with members using USB2)
