Who ever you are, where ever you are you have to praise your national anthem by your heart not by compulsion but by impulsion.
so whatso ever the talk is i love my national anthem.
there have been many controversies regardingnthe national anthem of our country but it was "Jana Gana Mana" which won the hearts of our country.
Vande mataram and sare jahan se achha are also equally good.
So if the talk is about other countries putting india aside as the best i aould like to support the fact said out earlier that you do not understand the meaning of all anthems so you do not enjoy it.
still to make a choice i would rate advance australia fare (national anthem of australia) as the best i have heard till date. Especially if you can lay your hands on the opening ceremony of sydney olympice games it was sung by famous singer (i forgot the name, age is fast catching up with me
