are you sure the HD7850 can run on cx430.......?vikundefined these are your options --
- AMD HD6770 ~6800/- (weakest performer)
- AMD HD7750 [900MHz core-clock] ~7200/-
- nVidia GTX550Ti ~7000/-
- AMD HD7770 GHz edition ~9500/-
- AMD HD6850 ~9000/-
- AMD HD7850 2GB ~16500/- (best performer)
Hope this helps, Cheerio!
r u sure the HD7850 can run on cx430.......?
But que is could this high end gpu like 7850 can able to run on cx430v2?
what about HD6950.. ????
so you are saying that a cx430 will run a 7850......?HD6950 is not recommended on CX430V2 as it draws lot more power,Seasonic S12ii 520W is what one should have if he wants to get HD6950,Also since HD7850 beats HD6950 in performance it's better to go for HD7850.

ok thanks.Yes,HD6850 can be run on CX430V2,The HD7850 draws less power than HD6850 so it'll run fine-AnandTech - Bench - GPU12

What if its VX450 instead...
thanks for suggestion.HD7850 draws ~ 95W while gaming. You will be fine with the intended setup and even with some OCing.![]()
Then I m wondering wht will happen to high end PSU's since dual gpu setup is not successful at all due to driver glitches and now a days Nvidia and ATI are inclining themselves to low wattage GPU's to be in competition. Bye Bye 800W + PSU's
