both are nearly the same, go for the 9500gt as it consumes less power than the 9600gt

Buy new powersafe gold/blue 400W.

Now you have only Rs.3000/-.

Now go and buy a XFX 8600GT 256MB DDR3 which sells for Rs.2900-3000/-

Or add lil more like Rs.300-500/- and buy 9500GT DDR3 one.
