I am using HP Elitebook and its customer support is quite good.​

So u can go with this HP DV6-6121TX. its spec is quite good for ur budget and it will satisfy all ur needs. All the best.

 
I have had a fair share of reports from people regarding HP.

Even the shopkeeper wasn't too interested in keeping the new models and was more or less on a stock clearance mindset. Rang up the local comp repair guy and he too mentioned that most of the laptop that he has been repairing were of the HP brand.

Seems most likely that a purchase from XPS/Toshiba/Asus stable is on the cards.
