Im supposed to be training to be a Business Analyst, but feel like a secretary coz ive not done any work on projects, just internal presentations and some occasional work on proposals....
It works like that everywhere .Basically exp people cant be expected to do the shitty work.So its passed on to trainees.
.Trainees dont have a choice.Its their first job. You are trainee .Without much knowlege in healthcare how can you excepted handle challenging work.Take you time in studying the healthcare market ,how it works .Who are your companys comptetiors ?.what are the emerging trends in the healthcare ? .How you can make money for your company . In course of time ,you find good work coming your way.
