My society doesn't have covered car parking and almost everyone has to park their cars in the open.
Summers are too horny this time and just by 12pm it is impossible to sit inside the car as it is hot and steamy and sitting on the seats is next to frying your bums!
AC also take a lot of time and efforts to cool down such heat and one cannot wait for 15-20min to get the car cooled by the AC and drive then, not feasible as it is taxing on the fuel, engine as well as too much time consuming process.
I ordered a sunshade for my cars windshield only to exp. that it has barely reduced the heating by 1-2 degrees.
It covers 90% of the windshield area but not effective as mentioned on their page or per the reviews.
I will be returning it but also want to know which type of sunshade you guys are using if you are in a similar situation like me.
