Which Universal remote

Looking for universal remote to control tata sky stb, tv and soundbar. It should be able to turn on/off stb and TV when Power button is pressed. Basically send 2 key presses to different devices when 1/single button is pressed.

Any suggestions ? There are plenty on flipkart and all, but can't know if any will have this feature..

Logitech harmony does this but costs 5k. I can't justify spending more than 2k.

Can this Xiaomi device do it with one button press:

1. Switch ON TV
2. Switch ON AVR
3. Switch ON Tata Sky
4. Set TV on HDMI-3
5. Set AVR on CBL

And

1. Channel up/down on remote changes channel on Tata Sky.
2. Volume up/down on remote change the colume of AVR.

My Logitech Harmony does it all but it is dying day by day and I need a replacement.

*Edit: This is just an example. Similar settings can be done for Blu Ray Player, HTPC, etc.
