Why are users getting banned?

I don't know why so many users time and again start such threads of why a or B or d was banned.

Its a simple thing, people are banned when they don't follow rules.. One should head to the rules section and check out the rules..

Does it matter based on which rule a particular member was banned????

This forum has gained great momentum especially during and post covid hence keeping such a community sane and focused is a tedious task, more so when we are allowed to discuss practically anything here..

People aren't perfect. Let's say I get banned for a month for being too cumbersome, assholic and arrogant.
Now, one month later, I get unbanned and continue being that. Nobody ever told me that my behaviour was the reason I got banned, so how would I improve?

Maybe I wasn't meaning to be that, it's just that my social skills suck that much and I wasn't aware of it. If someone told me I'm coming off as rude by saying this or that, I'd hear them out and honestly try to improve. And that's also why I'd like to know the reason behind my ban, if I do get banned. So that I could improve.

But yeah, this is also quite a tedious task and realistically, nobody got the time to do that, especially here on such a large scale. Hence this thread. Older members having contact with other members here can ask why they got banned, and work on it. Give people chances, I guess.

In most cases, they are given warnings before an outright ban, and even when banned, the reason is mentioned I believe (someone had reached out to me on whatsapp too some months ago. And they knew they were banned for trying to circumvent marketplace rules, I guess.) Most bans are temporary unless it's fraud in marketplace.

He was banned for two days by one of us mods for posting AI generated content despite warning. However due to a config/glitch, he got banned for 1 month. He reached out and his ban was reverted. We are all well meaning members, some require more reminders than others.

All moderators have access to issue warnings and decide warning points and expiry. At certain points threshold, the member may get banned till the points expire. Its similar to Formula 1 penalty points system which can lead to your FIA Super License suspension if you accumulate enough points.

He says he's unable to use TE still. He can log in but nothing works or loads (as per him and screenshots).

I get that you guys do it as a social service and its a thankless job, but someone needs to let these people know what is up. Cause it just spirals. We know this guy is special and he's been testing my nerves ffs. Just get him back or ban him completely. He's stuck in limbo and keeps complaining about it, instead of making a new account and asking a mod what's going on and getting his issues resolved.

I don't feel bad about my limited knowledge and I keep myself updated every now and then. Its just that now there isn't much time to research before posting.

TE is not something where I come just to prove a point, its like a group of friends where you just want to be
This is why I keep posting new content not just copy pasting but writing some new content but since I am 46 now it seems time has taken its toll.
I have I think some 10 new members by explicitly PMing them on reddit about Digit and TE forums regarding buying suggestions for their New PCs and some for buying used parts also who have posted in reddit and Facebook groups like JDtech, Acro for Gamers groups as well.
I almost compel them to at least once visit this forum and see for themselves.
When I asked for help regarding my new AM5 setup I was only faced with ire and discontent in Indian gaming subreddit while it's just super useful suggestions and advices which made me TE like a family or part of family.
Almost everybody from my wife, my mother, father, sister and aunt began to ask why I was sitting alone without chatting in the forum.
