Guyz have patience.. kmd is the best n decent person. even i'm waiting for him, coz i have an order too amt is bit larger(40 times) than yours..

but i did trust kmd from my previous experiences. if he is being late, could be a reason. he went to his native on last friday night.. suppose to come yday..

might be delayed coz of some personal reasons yaar. went to meet family right?. so there could be some delayes..

so have patience and don't open such feed backs against our Reputed Dealers, with out discussing Admin or Moderators guyz..

Amarbir --> what some one said in previous post is right. he iave to depend on his distributors. if stock is der, he have to get it from other distributors and will get late a little bit buddy..

I bet, no one is here to cheat you for 500 rupees(especially KMD n Amarbir)..
 
Dude, KMD is one of the trusty and quick dealer on TE..

I still remember, I ordered my iPhone from him and I wanted to get it to me within 1 week or something same period. I know he managed to give me that mobile on the SAME day, also by sending one person to that destination in Mumbai by hand... His dealings are transperant..

Just imagine, what he would do of your Rs. 490 + shipping, when he has his bigger business... It's not like that bro.. you've to keep patience...

You got to be patient, KMD is a dealer from whom you do not generally buy regular products, but those which are not available in India. If you got to buy something exclusive then ofcourse you need to show patience as well. And since he is out of town, no1 can help it.
 
Just to add..
Amarbir guy .. i really don't trust him, because of all that i have read on net.

KMD.. everytime i pay him in advance ( the full amount ) because i know he is going to get me the product :)

you believe what you saw on that crappy blog but didnt see what ppl post about him in dealer's section. waah !!!

None Of Your Dealers Here Are Cheats ,Me and KMD Including .I Have No Idea if KMD will Ever Write As He Does Not ,But Arranging and Getting The Material From Us is One Hell of a Job ,I Get Many Things From Him And i Am Not Ashamed Of Saying So .As Far As My Defence is Concerned As Our Mods Put It One Complaint Of Me Has Been Put Up By Mr Vaibhav .I Have Spoken To Him And Requested Him To Write what Happened ,He Ordered One Item And i Supplied Him The Same ,Why And When He Complained i have no idea .According To His conversation With Me He Said He did As He Was Thinking He Has Been Cheated .I Have Already Executed His Order Long Time Back and I Have Another Order From Him For Mackie MR5 .Here Are The screenshots I Will Not Say More Also The ID Raj is His Although His Name Is Vaibhav .For The third One i Have No Idea As i Am a Private Company And Have No Idea of shares :P .Also For Audio And Video i Have The best Rates in India For Any Online Store

KMD is very reliable !!! person..i had ordered 4850x2 and i paid him around 70% of the amt ..after that its been 10 days.. he has never asked me to pay the blanace amt or so.. i was the one..who was messsaign him that i have to pay .. when shold i do ...KMD- brILAINT.. IN ALL TERAMS
 
Amarbir Paaji , Although I have never dealt with you, you have always come across as a sincere person to me from your posts...

and for KMD, again, never dealt with you but you have a got a great all-round feedback

Here is a suggestion from my side...Since you have achieved your targets, why not indulge and hire a capable person to handle the online part of your business

Once your business grows beyond a certain level, you need to start delegating responsibilities to ensure things run smoothly

For retailers, it's extremely important to honor commitments ..all the more so for online retailers who risk losing a lot of goodwill even if a small order gets goofed up and the aggrieved customer is a vocal one

What I feel is both of you have been handling online orders on an ad-hoc basis, which works fine till the volumes are low

But once you reach a certain critical mass, you need to define a tight and error free process to ensure errors don't occur

Considering that you have a medium-large offline business to run as well, it's not always possible to keep an eye on every small detail of every order... That's where a dedicated resource and a well defined fulfillment method to handle the online business will come in handy

I have made my first purchase on TE through KMD and it was Creative ep-630 headphone and within half an hour he send me the shipping details after that I purchased a lot of things from him very fast shipping and always respond my questions very well.

As far as Amar ji is concerned I had paid him for Dell monitor order is placed and let us see how it goes ?
 
Me and my friend has shopped with Lynx and he is a nice person to deal with.

and abt KMD yet to buy something from him :) , he is trustful too.

I second this...I am a new guy to the forum and I just completed my first deal with Amrabir...I have ordered for a Dell S2409 with him. He was all the time ready to take my calls and answer all the questions..He is straight forward and honest is what I feel. Top of all he gave multiple other options to pay which were not a part of the trade...Let us accept the fact that there are problems like what everyone has mentioned...To me these would still be there because we are living in earth where mistakes are bound to happen and no one is perfect....For all I do have a bitter experience with one of the online store (active iN TE too). I ordered for a product and received another one...:( that too after 15 days of delay (Thanks to DTDC..They lost my package)...I am still trying to close that smoothly with the online store :)
 
i dont know about amarbir

but kmd is a very trustworhy person

i got only 1 thing from him and i paid 3300 in advance to get something from us during the month of december last year

and my parcel was delayed for over a month due to christmas over there.

but watever he is indeed very trustworthy person.

never heard a case of duping against kmd

Man this not goin how it was supposed to , I have never accused any one of fraud especially KMD or Amabir.....i just questioned y there is such a long delay......and than i came across the blog post on lynx......so i am not accusing anyone ....most ppl think dat i am sayin dat KMD duped/ripped me......its just a case of delay so ppl ....from now on stop saying dat KMD this and dat ......... He is not a fraud as far as i am concerned.....but most of u guys have mistook my post...

I think both are pretty reliable sellers. I have bought fans from Amarbir and both got shipped to me pretty fast - considering that I live in Siliguri (WB).

KMD is very trustworthy. Yes, there might be delays as his products go through a long process of quote (from him), 50% advance payment, placing order (by him), shipping to NY, shipping to Mumbai, Custom clearance, paying rest of the payment + shipping by you , and then shipping over to you...whew that sure was long..! And usually it is one of those coveted items like a really powerful graphics card, a hard-to-find electronic item that you have researched for over a month and can't wait to lay your hands on. And with coveted items like these, a minute seems like a year. So you just have to wait - rather than tear your hair..

Plus all sellers are human just like you and me and he must be having the usual mundane problems of everyday living, family issues, health issues, pet issues, financial issues, well, anything you can possibly think of. So don't worry. Your post here will surely get the due attention it deserves :)
 
KMD quoted me for headphones , I told em i would buy em and told him to send me his bank details but haven't got any reply since then. Maybe he's busy O.o
