Its not just space and bandwidth that's necessary to run a website. You need CPU, Memory etc too. A cheap shared host like that will have 100s of websites on a single server and will never be able to handle the load generated by site as big as TE.

There is no such thing as "unlimited" in this world. Its called overselling.
