Wii - not reading discs

I have a Wii - got it thru' a friend in the US ~1yr back. Left it outside for the past couple of months and when I tried playing, the game discs are not reading. I have 4 of them. None of them are reading. The drive mechanism seems OK as the sound of the disc whirring inside comes clearly. Next probable reason of the lens cleaning - tried a regular Frontech CD lens cleaner disc. No improvement.

What do I do?

Seems like a dead lens. You should take it to your local modder or someone.

Also you posted in the wrong section, this should've gone to the Gaming Console section, just to let you know

You can also softmod it and run your games off a usb hard drive. Look up tutorials on the net.
