Wii strikes out 60" TV...rofl

Talk about next-gen problems. When other "puny" consoles are having problems with hi-def scaling, heat issues, etc, the Wii has truly unique problems :P Problems aside the Wii is flying off shelfs........
 
Yeah. Apparently it is sold out. In just two days, the entire two million (was it two million? I can't recall) is missing. Even the accessories are severely depleted at most shops. And Nintendo is making a profit on each unit it sells. Looks like at least 1 games company is making money.
 
Nintendo nailed it with wii remote style controller.

I had my reservations about it, but saw some videos of people playing wii games and it looks total fun.

Gota hand it to Nintendo, its not most fancy console when it comes to under the hood processing power but it sure looks like the total hit of the season.

Makes pc fanatic like me to want it :P
 
its too irritating!!! any games store i walk into says sold out. i don't think i'd be able to get one until next year.
 
Well, even the Wii seems to be having technical problems. Not sure about the extent of it though. Still, I can't really believe someone managed to crack open their tv with the Wiimote.

Not sure if it's sold out yet or not but I do know that four million Wiis were available for launch.

LOL...poor guy...but the whole story makes me crave for the Wii ....

And currently am not interested in either the PS3 or 360...Seems like the underdog is finally racing ahead!

hmmm...i am a bit confused whats going ..on can some one explain..please ?

i have no info regarding the wii remote/controller...!!means do u need to make the actions u r self that u do in the game like they guys in the above pics are doing it !!!man that must be so much ..fun ..

The left frame shows the action, and the right frame shows how it translates on the screen :)

he he he . actually i ddint like the ad when i first saw it weeks ago .. thought it was just stupid :P .. but now i understand wat wii actually is :ashamed: .. watever u say about cell/blue ray/HD etc .. ultimately it comes to whether its fun to play or not .. WII might end up as the highest selling console .. EVER ;)
