I am thinking about a Tyre up size as soon as i get the delivery of my car. I can always go to a Tyre dealer and get them exchanged with new ones but honestly they don't offer a good price. I would rather sell it to a person who would actually use it rather then to somebody who buys the thing from me for peanuts and sell its almost twice the price what he pays for it.

Let me know. The OEM tyres that comes company fitted with a LXi/LDi/VXi/VDi. I am looking for Rs 1500 for a tyre which will be used for under 100KMs.

:P my bad... didnt knew that... the stock tyres are for just 1450... somebody told me that they retail for 2800 or so...

nah i was getting my innvoas tyres changed at a jf showroom were i asked him for a replacment for 14 inch swift 1450 , 15 inchers are 2800

^^You'd only get junk 15 inchers at 2.8k. Any decent tyre will set you back by atleast double that amount and the better ones will easily cost nearly three times that much.

i got 1700 per tyre from the dealer for the stock tyres on my car which was 175/60 14 IIRC .....

That is 175/65 R14.

@Switch bhai --- Dont expect more than 1000 bucks. We generally buy for 900 or so and sell it as Removed tyres at 1000 or 1100 per tyre.

Your best option would be go to a tyre dealer from whom you are buying better tyres and sell it to him. Dont settle for anything less than 1k since you will be giving him a lot of business. Even if he buys it at 1k, he will not lose money on these tyres.

What are you looking to upgrade to? I seem to remember that you have booked a diesel Swift. Any plans of Pete'ing it in the future?
