Title says it all..

Need one of those kits.1333 mhz..16gb or two 4gb sticks or one 4 gb stick preferred ..kmd warranty is fine with me

I don't need ram for i7 x58 mobos.
I need dual channel ddr3 for P5Q3 wifi - lga 775 P45 mobo
 
Errr... mate, you do realize that DDR3 sticks are best used in triple channel mode, right?

Besides, (AFAIK) a single 4GB stick of DDR3 doesn't really exist. You're probably better off buying two, three or four sticks of 2 gigs each.
 
FYI ddr3 is available as double channel for lga 775 mobos -with X48,P45 chipsets
And there used to be 16gb gskill kits on newegg which i can't see anymore
