it will be better if you call some shops andmake sure what you want is in stock. Many times they wont have things like 1Gig RAM sticks in stock.
 
Hmmm... The TwinMOS 1GB sticks are supposed to be Samsung UCCC, aren't they ? Do post it here as to what chips they've.
 
The micron chips are the best for 1GB modules, if you can find them in India that is.

The infineon CE-5 is said to run tighter than the samsung UCCC. The rated timings
Infineon 2-3-2-5
UCCC 3-3-3-8

The Infineon is also generally cheaper than the UCCC. Though i doubt TwinMos would decrease their price just because they are using them.
