Like the title says, need a "PCI" graphics card :P Preferably a working Nvidia 5200.

I know its antique/obsolete, watever. But a friend needs one for an 845 system with no AGP even :P

Let me know if someone has one for sale.

Ya well, his mobo is probably one of the models that came without an AGP slot :P

I know vits useless n obsolete, but he doesnt want to upgrade the system, but wants one of these. I have given up fighting with him. He just wants it :P

@ geek_ashish: Yes it did. Google :)

dhikkaaar hain tujpe apne naam ka kuch to laaj rakh:bleh:
convince him by ny meanz:no: .
make him appalled by ny meanz tell him the card wud blow his rig up blah blah:rofl:

best bet for ur friend would be to find a second hand 845 mb with an agp slot and get a second hand 5200 fx agp. both r gonna cost less than a brand new 5200 pci.

even i have the same prob for my old pc, the mb is 845 and it doesnt have an agp slot, but i have already bought an agp 5200, so im looking for a socket 478 mb that supports agp.

what i can sy is that old stuff is hard to find

@wingzero, Mate, he knows his PC is outdated. Only problem is that so is his budget  I believe all he wants is the DVI output so that he can run a decent monitor for movies. Thats about all the comp is used for :bleh:

@sidhu_21: Mate, read my username tag again :ohyeah: I have local source with Nvidia 5500 PCI at <2k new/sealed with warranty. :bleh:

ouch :O .. if only you attached an 'e' after PCI :P
I have a 7100GS lying with me, its brand new and would costs 1500 bucks. Am using it since 7 days as my card has gone for rma :)
