for that price its a steal .. but where did u get that price from ?? newegg doesnt have it .. any other good site ? do lemme know.

man u gave us the wrong specs before .. this hipro has 2 12v rails of 20A each which makes it a beefy 40A .. good one.

if its really coolermaster OEM then a good buy imho.

okay guys

shutting down system...no more benchies till psu and ram arrive...I do not want headaches...switching to my laptop now.

The combined output is always lower than the theoretical independent outputs. Most reputed manufacturers always state this.
The coolermaster linked above is not the same exact model but the general design of the coolermaster 'extreme' psus leaves little to imagination about what their origins are.;)
Also most coolermaster cases ship with HiPro PSUs.

Taken from a review:
First on the menu is the Cooler Master RS-430-PMSR, a re-branded HiPro HP-P4507F5W as seen in our Centurion 531 chassis review. This power supply is available for around $35 from Cooler Master retailers, but the less-ornate HiPro version retails for as little as $25.

The smps and ram arrived today.Everything worked as expected except that I lost my lil' 10% overclock-was expecting this as the board has no tweaking options and I did not expect 2gb of ram at 2.5-3-3-6(quite tight timngs for a value 2gb kit) to do 220 at 2.5v easily.

The board is going in the trash can soon;had to spend an hour when changing a mem setting caused it not to boot;cleared cmos no go;removed the battery for 15 minutes and then the darn thing booted!

THis one is pretty good-silent,has 8xmolex,2xsata,1xpci-e connector as well.Plus the dual 12v rail all for a measly $43.xx shipped!

Don't have a DMM right now so can't post exact voltages.

Hipro is nice.. and yeah it is CM OEM..

Btw Sid, still waiting for benchies :P

And next time don't brag about RAM timings without screenshots :bleh:
