Xbox 360 controller for PC Query

Just tested the controller & it works perfectly fine.I have to admit with complete honesty that Microsoft has made the best packaging ever for this controller.It took me a long time to open it's outer hard plastic cover.It's well guarded.It's packaging truly ensures no tampering could be done with it.Opening it & repackaging is practically impossible.The USB tip is also coated with proper plastic wrap & has a 'Install software first' kind of green label attached to it.Now that's what I call packaging.

Haha yea i spent 15 mins opening it and i just cut at random places with a pair of scissors poked myself twice or thrice too

In any case how would one claim the warranty? When we say we buy it with warranty, how does the warranty process work out? Give the controller & get a new one? :S

I spent the same amount of time.Even bent my nail in the process.Used a kitchen knife but no effect.Then finally went the scissor way until I finally got it right.

Have a contact in SES . Lemme check with them . I had thought Redington was the official and only distri for XBOX hardware?
