2). The 2nd one Carbon black came with my Xbox one X.
Controller is 7 months old and perfectly working. (I am not sure if controller warranty covers one year along with console, if yes then consider warranty for another 5 months)

Yes, It is a Series Controllers.
Series Controllers have 3 buttons in the centre while One Controllers have 2.
