vinaycm - why don't you update his itrader account to reflect your trade. I can see that you've not updated jesal's itrader rating. In the non-monitored Marker scenario, that is the only indicator of a trader's reputation.
Btw - is it possible that the mobo which jesal got from RMA was already having fried capacitors. I am saying based on Rashi's notoriety of returning refurbished boards! I am assuming that it's not a new board that jesal received after RMA as new boards do have the back I/O connector and is already packaged well.
Also, this in no way means that I am defending jesal. On the contrary, I was appalled by a few statements that he has made. The one about '3K on alcohol' was deplorable.

Vinay supposedly gets extra cheap shipping from DTDC and doesnt understand that the real DTDC rates are not the same. I acknowledge I get extra higher rates to and from Pune/Mumbai.

I am from Tvm mate... i have done more than 30 deals on various forums..to lots of states. I have used DTDC 3 or 4 times when my regular service dont take the pack.
Even i am sure that pack wouldnt have costed more than 200 bucks. on ordinary. even with original cover.
Shipping charges wont change like this if its metro city or tier 2. but i have seen some case like that too.
ps. and he does have the receipt.so his claim is on the level.

Man, dat's true the capacitors could be fried on a RMA board as well considering Rashi's reputation of doing so...
But what is this packaging thing? When u are sending something to any1, u should pack it properly. I have not seen the packaging, so no comments but from what appears, the packaging was bad, which is bad jesal. 
However, there's no denying that DTDC charges will never cross 200 for a mobo. I used to send sweets to Delhi and dat too for under 200. Now mobos won't be heavier than sweets...:rofl:
Also, the place thingy pointed out by jesal is real shitty. What if u live in Mumbai, so u think u are the king or what?

@ Vinaycm: Mention it on the itrader dude. There are arrangements made to say if a trader is good or not. You made your point here, but I believe your frustrations and time will be wasted if you dont reflect this on your feedback about him.

Can somebody from Mumbai plz check the rate for sending a small box weighing 1.2Kg from Mumbai to Trivandrum via normal DTDC air service.. It'd be really helpfull..

Here are some facts:
1) Jesal didnt know wether the board was working or not before he has send it to me. There is a huge probability that the board could have been bad (Is it 100% sure that a board back from RMA should be working perfectly??).. But once i told him that its not working, he straight away assumed that i damaged the board & it was my fault.. He didnt ever think back that he didnt know wether the board was working or not.. What was more irritating is that he also gave some utterly unacceptable explanations like: "The board will work ONLY with a CM 650W SMPS" & so..
2) Jesal delibratly cut down on packing (i should not packing, coz there wasnt any) & the white box (which is more protective), to cut down on shipping costs.. Good packing would add weight & bulk to the package which would inturn attract more shipping charges .. But he didnt realize the fact that with the kind of packing (or lack of it) with which he sent the mobo, the probability of the board reaching me safely is almost zero.. He was only concerned about the profitability in his sie, not the safety of the package.. As someone who had a bad experience with him earlier said "Once he gets the money, he doesn't care about what condition you get the product in, weather or not you get it n so on.... he will just blame it on the transit people." (here).. He has not said anything regarding this issue..
