For all those people who want a detailed version, here is it:
First i tested using a VIP Platinum 600W (currently powering my rig) & when i didnt work, i called him n he replied that the board will work only with a CM 650W SMPS. I thought may be this damn board takes in good SMPS only, then i went to a friend's house & took his Corsair VX450. Then tested using that SMPS, again the same result. Then i thought it may be a little low on wattage, so tried a HX620 (not mine
) which was with me that time. Again the result was just the same. I had enough. I called up to him & he said "This mobo will work only on a CM 650W". I still remember it loud & clear. I should have recorded that call. (FYI all those SMPS are in perfect condition with no problem whatsover & to this moment are powering the respective rigs without a hitch).. With the kind of person jesal is, it was necessary. People can be bad, but never expected you to be this bad. Again in the last post, you are saying, since you are using 600W: How many from here agree that a board like this require a 600W+ SMPS from a good brand?? If iam correct this board will work any generic SMPS with a 24pin connector (given not using a high end gpu, lots of hdd's & stuff)..
Here is the config i used to test out the board: Intel DC E2160, 1GB DDR2 667Mhz Kingston RAM, XFX Geforce 6200 128MBTC.. How many of you thing that this config would require a 600W+ SMPS (& that too of good make) even to boot up as per mr.jesal's claim??
Regarding the second lame justification of your's: You told the courier guys wont accept the board with that white box & told me that you'll send it in a smaller box. But again then i've asked you to pack it properly, right?? Why the hell you didnt do that?? Even in a small box with good packing, the board could have reached here safely. Of course with good packing, you'll have to pay up extra for shipping due to the extra weight. But its your responsibility to pack & send the item properly to the buyer, your responsibilities wont end after reciving the money..
(Please keep off topic things like sympathy off the discussion, come to the topic, OK?? Dont divert attention by saying unnecessary things..)
I would like to have the opinion of all fellow TE members regarding the issue of packing:
Does the seller have the right to pack an item improperly (in my case no packing at all!!!) or ignore the packing part just because it'll add to weight & bring in more courier charges??
Moreover our deal was for 3.1K shipped. He didnt tell the shipping charges to me until the time when he has to refund!!
For a guy who spends 6K+ for a night's alcohol, why cant he spend some 100 or even 200bucks extra for proper packing of the item which he sold??
I know jesal will come out with even lamer justifications, but there is no denying to the fact that "He didnt pack it properly to save shipping charges". He said he'll send in a small box, how the hell should i be knowing it was this small which virtually offers no protection at all. Moreover if there was some kind of packing inside (say some bubble wrap, foam or even paper shreds!!!) it should have reached me safe.

Wether you know that the board was working at the time of sending it to me?? Just say an YES or NO,, i dont want your silly dumb explanations..

If a seller cant even pack the items properly before sending it to the buyer, its better he stay out of business". Anybody who disagree to me can flame me..
(Most probalbly jesal's replay would be quoting some loop holes that he can find in the wordings & again will come up with some lame explanations for that, leaving the important things that he cant give a PROPER justification)
