Bought the xiaomi 13 pro on 4th may 2023 for 72k, a lot of friends and family advised against buying such a premium device from this Chinese company but just fell in love with camera.
The device has stopped charging in less than 39 days of use. 1% in one hour is what I saw with hypercharger connected. I chsged my electrical ports. Restarted phone, used a different 33w mi charger. But to no avail.
Installed those battery apps and saw device charging at 500mA and 1-1.5w.
Took phone to service center and this is pure cheating. They won't accept device for service without hypercharger. They didn't have it to check at the center while displaying one for sale. The audacity of the people there, I told them I'm travelling for business and I don't have the 120w charged and that they can connect any mi charger and see the ampere app for statistics.
They refused, I asked to give me in writing that device won't be accepted without charger but they won't give in writing also.
Fought with non existent lame brain MI service call center... Who even employs these retards who don't even understand the "T" of technology.
Kept staring the same to bring the charger to service center else they won't accept. Even spoke to Supervisor they were even more technologically illiterate.
Please help me what should I do. This is unbelievable the hassles I have to go through after buying such an expensive device. I even tweeted to xiaomi India sometime back.
