How come Samsung Galaxy SII has a better quadrant score(3,396) when compared to 1.5Ghz Xiaomi whose score is 3,040 ? AFAIK, Xiaomi has a better CPU+GPU combination, right ?

Quadrant sucks, not to mention old, and a horrible way to compare performances. The scores are especially way inaccurate with newer dual core phones.
