Audio Xiaomi Piston 3 - not much bass

Does the Piston 3 generally has less bass? Mine does. And the reviews said nothing about this.
Does anyone who owns these IEMs also feel the same? Or may be my pair is a fake though I dont think so. Bought it here

Have you tried all the tips of different size. I found the bass just enough (punchy not bloated) and it has a very neutral sounding signature IMHO.

Piston 3 is treble focused, whereas piston 2 IMO neutral sounding...

I moved from Soundmagic PL 11 to piston 2 and tried many... Missed the bass for quite some time.

If you are a bass lover, Yes.

Piston 2 has more of a V shaped sound signature while Piston 3 borders on balanced sound (much less bass quantity but slightly better treble extension than 2).

Piston 2 works with most of the genres due to its consumer friendly fun sound signature whereas Piston 3 may not be as engaging as it's predecessor in terms of fun.

Getting a decent fit with Piston 3 is another major concern (at least for me), same can't be said about Piston 2.

If you are looking for more darker, baas centric sound then Xiaomi's latest Hybrid (at the moment available from overseas ecommerce sites) might be a good choice (built on Piston 2 's legacy)
