Your Gaming Backlog/Progress Report!

Finished Far Cry 6. At first, felt bit like just cause 4. Played in story mode and enjoyed it throughly. The game let's you have OP weapons at an early stage itself therefore you don't have to grind much.
I started in last yr july and ever since haven't fired a single game... Daily I feel like resuming but the auspicious day seems to get extend for an indefinite period..

Haven't played far cry since 4 which i though was okayish. 3 was great.
How are the ones after that ? Whenever i read about them i hear people saying they are boring.

That's true. Those who have played FC3 may not find 4,5 and 6 on par with it.

I haven't played FC3. Started with 4, which I enjoyed for its breathtaking open world environment resembling Nepal, it was bit of a grind as the game progressed.

FC 5 I enjoyed a lot, have 100+hours on it. New dawn was average.

IMO FC3 ,4, 5, ND and 6 are worth playing if you're a fan of the series.
Of course as said by others the story of 5 and beyond are not that great but that doesn't mean they're not at all worth playing once.

ok, maybe will try in future. I liked far cry 1 from what i remember, graphics were good for its time.
Somehow skipped 2 which is supposed to be very good, loved 3, and i think got exhausted by 4.

Rage 2 was really really fun and had a far cry type structure. Very good gameplay.

Currently playing Ghostrunner 1.
I am not much into platforming in general - but this game is brilliant so far. Best platforming in a game that i have ever played.

FC3 was best followed by 4, after that the FC 6 was Okish, What I dislike about this series is that they reduces animal dependency where you roam around in the wild to get a skin that will give you big boost in crafting like big wallet or a bag etc.... This part was very well executed in FC 3 and 4 along with there stories.

Got few easy Plats but enjoyable Games

Plat #12 - Untitled Goose Game, thoroughly enjoyed, hope there will be a sequel
Plat #13 - Deliver Us the Moon, decent game, easy play within 5 hours
Plat #14 - Unpacking - Didn't really expect that I'll get immersed in a game where all u need to do is it unpack and arrange home items, super fun.

Started playing Palworld around 26 Jan. Defeated 3 out of 5 tower leaders.

It has some small bugs & glitches but is in a relatively good state of optimisation vs many bigger games. No story, but is enjoyable nonetheless, great game mechanics. The game is priced well as well.

I did play Pokemon games till Gen 4, Sinnoh region. So for Pokemon fans, this is an easy upgrade. I hope Nintendo makes a much better game rather than using underhanded tactics. I kind of agree that Nintendo Switch hardware is a big bottleneck as well though. I haven't played Ark or Fortnite.

Plus you can also do stuff on PC like use trainers and go nuts.
Lol! I know someone here who buys most of the games only to play with trainers and cheats only! He has never ever attempted to play a game with utmost honesty.:tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:
Completed STARFIELD!

Started it on the 25th of December 2023. Massive world, huge game. Kept me busy with the controller through the winter months. :)
Is STARFIELD similar to Mass effect? It gave me a glimpse of GTA in your screenshot!

Not like GTA my friend but more like Mass Effect. It's a RPG set in space where the game sends you planet and moon hopping across the vast in-game galaxy. Beside your spaceship there is not a single other vehicle in the game.
