Graphic Cards zotac or Palit?

Guys suggest me which 9600GT to go for...in terms of Performance, cooling, stability, build quality and warranty in INDIA.....These two in concern

PALIT 9600GT

Palit NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT 512MB Graphics Card - GF 9600GT 512MB by:

^ I suggest go for the palit , considering their RMA>.....I got a dead 7300gt rma'ed in 7 days flat.... performance and stability others can contribute their viewss.....

ZOTAC comes with 5yrs warranty Palit 3years,Kindly confirm.

Palit is a dual slot cooling .. this will be helpful cause it will throw the hot air outside your cabby.

Check the specification of both cards .. here is a palit review with a similar cooler

zotac one is AMP adition , it will be around 15% faster than palit one , much higher clocks

Getting 2 months old EVGA 9600GT...Take also into consideration...though with no local warranty

Palit card is a dual slot card so if u have a micro ATX board, u'll lose a slot most probably. Zotak is a single slot one.

Palit is a reference 9600GT but Zotak is slightly overclocked at 675Mhz core which will give u a definitive boost out of the box.
Cooling wise, Palit should be better than Zotak. But why to care about the heatup issues when u have warranty at hand. U'll anyway get it RMA'ed if anything bad happens.
Considering warranty, 5 years warranty counts if u want to keep the card for a long time.

So, go for the Zotak one. Me going for it too.hyeah:

Get single slot 1, 9600GT runs cooler than 8800GT, use Riva Tuner, create fan profiles and schedule fan RPM acc. to temps. I doubt it will cross 65C if U have good airy cabby.

On Overclocked -

i hav the palit 9600gt...gr8 card
runs at 39-40* idle temp and 52-54 max on full load (1680x1050)with fan running at 100% ...crysis,grid...etc all work gr8
i got mine from the US so no local warranty
and ya the palit has 1 HDMI port 1 DVI port(mine atleast)
its a dual slot card cuz the heatsink/fan is big which is a good thing it runs so cool:cool2:

EVERYTHING at stock speeds

E6750

9600GT 650/900/1625

2x1GB PC6400 Tracers

score: 9922

cpu score :2398

the temps are gr8 so im sure it has alot of OC'ing potential

Palit is a good card if u are ready to renounce a PCI slot. It has a dual slot cooler which definitely counts.
