Thanks for the reply. Prices on ebay are high, 120-130 pounds. I will probably order it from Prepaymania then. Hopefully it will be OLED. My friend will be able to check in Orange store but it will be a sealed pack right. How can he tell which one is OLED if the pack is sealed?

Edit: Btw does the topup come in the form of a topup card or is it loaded directly on the phone? And can i claim a VAT refund on the phone? Thanks!

dude if you know someone in uk get them 2 buy and send it to you. the uk sites need a uk credit card and prepaymania will cancel orders with aramex address ebay.co.uk listings are expensive.

I think Indian CC might work, because mgdelhi has ordered using his India CC issued by Citibank.

The package has been just shipped by Aramex to Mumbai. Hopefully will be delivered by Tuesday.

My order got canceled at play.com :mad:

Here's what happened. I had placed an order for the white Orange San Francisco at play.com on the 24th with my Citibank credit card. The transaction went through smoothly and my order status till a couple of hours back was displayed as "Order Placed". When I checked again sometime back I was not able to login to my account and even the password reset link did not work. So I called them and had them reset it for me. I was told to try after 5 mins and when I did it did not work again. So I called them and this time they told me my account was under investigation (apparently because of the non uk billing address) and my order was canceled though I was not charged for the order. I confirmed the same with Citibank and thankfully there was no charges done by play.com

Did anyone else have any problem with play.com? Is there any place else where I can get it from?

^ Oh. I think you should give the Aramex address itself as the billing address. Mine shows Processing for the past 2 days. But today I got a mail saying my account has been approved, never knew it was not approved in the first place. Will know the status by tomorrow I guess. Btw the amount is still not charged to my card.

I have placed order on 24th on Play.com and my order is still showing "packing".

My Citibank card was charged on 24th December itself.

Guys im having a problem with Prepaymania.co.uk

I tried to get two phones with my SBI VISA DEBIT card on 22nd, and due to the Aramex shipping address the order got canceled. But 7993 x 2 has been debited from my account. And i dont have any order.no from them. But i got this "POS PRCH POS 035518635002 PREPAY MANIA WEMBLEY" in my SBI account where the 7993 x2 has been debited. Now what am i ought to do?

I've already did a "contact us" with them and they've given me a ticket no : 32195 but the reply link is not working http://prepaymania.co.uk/contact/?act=view_ticket&id=16e95b88b1335a0ce930967082a39c9532195

If someone could help me with the procedure i would be grateful. thanks.
