got mail from prepaymania..
it says order will be shipped pending CC approval..
but had received mail even in case of 1st order.
can this be because my shipping address say my name and my CC address says my dad's name? :S
fish im doomed again if that is it!!
and how much time do they take to ship after getting this mail ?
(when did you guys receive mail of order being shipped?)

i did call their customer care.
the automated voice has accent worse than Mr. Bean.
There was no real person to handle calls and their Live Chat never gets you to a real person either.

did that already and received the same 'order has been cancelled etc etc' mail..
to which i replied by explaining the situation that aramex is just a shipment forwarder. I think they had no clue about what was wrong. The address, if is an issue, then the CC should not be charged prior to checking if im eligible to order. i still took a chance there and hope it gets through.
lets hope it does is all i can say.
else i will have to wait for them to list on ebay again.

Well 201309 is Pin code in some sectors in Noida, like sec-62 is 201309..check with india post website and determine the Pin code for your area...and use that.. or else mention your sector and it will be accepted, anyways they will send it over to Noida, the delivery boys will do the job. so dont worry...dragonball said:

I've sent them a very detailed email mentioning everything clearly. If they cannot comprehend that, then I guess the customer service reps would be as useless as the ones we have in India. Who knows, maybe they might be outsourced to India as well.

to make things better, i though of calling ZTE directly to import this to india...yesterday.
called ZTE Sales Number mentioned on their site.

You shouldn't have posted the direct link to your support ticket. Anyone can click on it and post anything in your name. An IP check from the mods and the prepaymania site will reveal who did the mischief.
