This device is just AWESOME. Focking beautiful and super fast. Compared to iPad 4, feels light and very easy to hold. Not easy as Mini, obviously.

I think it actual device we are looking at, Check out the Calendar app & Clock App icon (those are real time/live) which point Sunday 17th & 1.55 / 1.56 p.m as well the status bar clock as the TS posted the pic nearly the same time frame.

I cannot comment on this iPad but iDevices have had the yellow tint issue. My iPhone 4S came with it as well. They call it "warmer" color and all but i don't buy that.
I have used a jailbreak tweak on my iPhone to change the color profile to make it looks better.
