I think what Soyab0007 meant was that while popular E-tailers offer buyers a "30 day no questions asked product return OR replacement Warranty" (after which you are dependent on local service centers), while many B&M stores don't even off you a 30 SECOND replacement warranty.
Its very common for B&M stores to sell "seal packed item", which once opened, become the "buyers problem" and you will be asked to take them to the service center. It wont matter that you opened it right there and then in front of them or whether the problem occurs 10 days later.
This is a HUGE advantage and one (of several) reasons why I myself prefer E-tailers over B&M stores...

Why should I have to pay more than MRP for cool drinks? I can now get the same, home delivered, less than MRP

Lets go back to the old days. Let's ban all the online shops so that B&M shops can get 20-50% markup on each item sold. So that the smallest B&M shop owner in local electronic district can ride a Honda City to work while we pay 15k to buy Samsung Core 2. All these B&M people need to eat, we cannot take away their livelihood after all. Of course who cares about the salesman who gets paid around 3k per month to manage the shop 12hrs a day, B&M store owners need to eat first. Hypocrite b@st@rds.

Unfortunately, the way things stand in India, retail stores are still driving majority sales for pretty much everything. Brands will keep listening to their stores till they keep pulling in higher sales and keep making bullshit announcements like they won't offer warranty for products bought online.

B&M Shops! they are bastards who do evil opening a store and looting people!
Let's close Govt agencies who hire those old people and they do nothing but delay everything.
Let's close every political party because every other minister in one or the other party is corrupt.

But you know what. This is business. Consumers will whine, and always will. Amazon/FK/snapdeal or any other e-tailer get's enough complaints aswell. what they do? they give you a computer generated answer.

B&M shops give the prices may be just 2% above the price of the product they got. You think amazon doesn't get profits? Again, they are running a business. Amazon and other companies have direct links with the company itself and that's why the billing comes directly from the OEM's.
If you really.. just really wanna blame someone , blame the OEM's period. I am saying being someone from both sides(my Dad has a B&M store and I being a geek and 70% shops from online sites).
Unfortunately, we cannot set up a better alternative for govt. agencies & political parties but there exists a better alternative of B&M shops.

Do you have access to their registers/bank accounts (please for god sake give me a yes or no answer and not make up crap)? If they are selling below B&M stores, that doesn't mean they aren't making profits.
Funfact: iPhone 6 and 6+ are going for MRP's at every online site where as if you "force" enough at B&M store, you will get the discount.

Me too. Best service and support. Price may be a little higher than other stores but their support and communication is second to none.

You behave like shit, you get shit. Simple as that. I have seen how B&M shops operates. They are very good to customers (ofcourse because of sales that's the whole point, as I said before THIS IS BUSINESS, NOT CHARITY), and if a customer shows attitude, or ask for more discount, shows online prices then B&M people won't care, you ask why? again this is BUSINESS. This is called trade! you get stuff in return of you giving cash to B&M people, if you don't do that why would they care?
Also, amazon/flikart treats you like shit aswell lol, it's just that you won't be able to see it as this is just computer generated code based website.
