Budget 15-20K "Best" Android phone for under 20k?

Can you guys give me some personal recommendations for the best phone under 20k? Regardless of the specs or brand or even what I want.
Please state your reasons for it if possible. I'm thinking of getting one during this Republic Day sale if possible.

I've also read the template and looked into my requirements and couldn't find a phone which I really like so I'll choose only the relevant info from the template (just for formality's sake).

1. Budget?
A: INR 20k max.

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A: FHD. Super AMOLED would be great (M51)

3. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 4G. Don't need 5G.

4. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: I like Moto for its stock Android. I used to hate Xiaomi phones for its MIUI interface and bloatwares. And Oppo, Vivo phones etc. I should mention that I don't know how to root phones.

5. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: Camera, video recording and light gaming. I need 60fps for 1080p. Don't need 4k.

6. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: Dual SIM with dedicated MicroSD card slot

7. New or Used?
A: New is preferred. Old is fine if I get a good deal on phones less than 2 years old with good battery life. 2+ years is a big NO. Especially those users who play games a lot and charge a hundred times a day.

8. Any other requirements?
A: Need good battery backup. Nothing less than 5000mah battery if possible. Fewer options I know. Need SD730G chipset minimum.

9. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model
A: Samsung M51 has almost everything which I need. What it doesn't have are: 60fps video recording and stabilized video recording. Just these two
Moto Fusion Plus. But it doesn't have a dedicated MicroSD card slot. I want to add 128GB card. Also 5000mah battery. If it had 6000mah battery it would have been an instant pick.
Moto G9 Power. This was my first choice. But the the HD+ screen and lack of dedicated card slot hurt it.
I currently own a Moto G5+.

What do you guys think?

I'm not looking for the "perfect" phone. I just want features which I need. I really thought the G60 was going to be IT! But the hybrid SIM slot and no 256GB variant completely ruined it for me. The price also isn't that good value wise. Now I'm waiting to see if I can still get the Samsung F62 after discount when lockdown opens (another week to go ugh).

Do you think they'll sell it for 18k again?

For clarity's sake I had a long talk with the Samsung care two times on different days, one during the sale period and the other a day after the sale, and they said they don't know!
But....
yes they will ,major cities were under lockdown so the sale would have been underwhelming
...I want to believe this. The phone was not shipped to major cities. Not even to Delhi.

Bhai sab lockdown mai hai they dont accept the offer looking at pin code. Mumbai was to come out of Lockdown on 1st May and the past weeks sale was in line but than lockdown got extended and no luck .And there are chances of nation wide lockdown as well. so lets wait and watch what happens .i am actually expecting some 5G launches of those note 10s etcetera .so waiting might be much beneficial for consumers

I was seriously considering the G40 fusion and G60 untill they mentioned the screen size and weight. I mean why!!
6-6.5" would have been a good trade-off and a 5500mah would have been great given its near to stock OS.
Even if going for 6000mah they could have looked at Samsung when it comes to reducing the weight.
This would definitely be a phone to recommend sans screen size and weight.

truly , we need a 6 inch phone

I guess to each his own. I love my phones to be as big as possible with as big a battery as possible. I think most of the people are like me which is why most phones are like this nowadays.

Still they should have options for the minority too

For those interested in smaller flagship phones, Asus will launch their new Z8 series tonight at 10:30 PM. The series includes the Z8 "Mini" which is a 5.9" but battery is rumored to be only 4000mah. Price will mostly likely be over 40k as they will come with the SD888 chipset.

yes there are people with small hands so large phone are difficult to handle . the worst part is to keep those large bricks in pockets .They are hindrance to the natural walking , running etc .

I doubt it. I only know of the Google Pixel 4a with outdated specs.

Zenfone 8's been launched. The smaller Zenfone 8 is called Zenfone 8 and the bigger one is called the Zenfone 8 "Flip" because of the flip camera.
Z8 for €600-670. Z8 Flip for €800.
You may pay for features you don't need. The Z8 has dual SIM but no memory card slot and comes in 6/128, 8/128, 8/256 and 16/256. Battery is 4000mah. 30W charger which Asus calls it "Hyper Charge" lol.

A headphone jack!! Looks like I found my next upgrade to my LG, hope it's a good one. I really wish they continue to keep headphone jack in their phones, we need someone to keep it alive now that LG is dead.

Any word on it's launch here in India?
Asus is delaying all their product launches because of covid.

Yeah only the Z8 has 3.5mm jack. The Z8 Flip doesn't!
