Tbh it's not really about the value. But that phone is very old with nothing remarkable when compared to today's models even the budget ones. For obvious reasons no one will want to buy it as a primary phone and for secondary or backup phone it still has to be in very good condition (from display to battery) and priced reasonably. If it doesn't fetch your current asking price then maybe lower it further.
 
How much can I expect for:

Ryzen 3600
B550 Aorus Pro v2
Lian Li 215 case
8TB WD external HDD

All items are around/less than an year old in fairly good condition (except one USB 2.0 port is not working on front panel so either mobo or case is at fault - can be covered under rma). Box, invoice available.

Regarding the USB problems AMD acknowledged and Gigabyte issued an bios update rectifying the issue.

If you are really clueless and don't get any suggestion from others then just subtract the value equivalent to the number of the months used/owned from the current or discount market price whichever is lower. Lower it further to make the deal better because unless its a product which everyone wants, people are not going to be interested just because of a mere drop in price as the value will be the same as that of a new one and they will prefer buying the new one even at a higher price.
