I agree... It might be more complicated than just flashing bios, burned ic or voltage controller also possible in this case

I only said what i said because i have had similar symptoms when i corrupted a bios for my mining cards, which was a rx570..it wouldnt detect in device manager either.. so i had to boot into the MS-DOS ATIFLASH and flash it in DOS.
