Why don't you checkout DELL S2721DGF, I have this, it's great, I believe it uses same panel as GL850, has better build quality than LG. It was sold for around 22k also in this sale on Flipkart, if you prefer Amazon, then it's for around 26k there before card discounts.
Bhai mil hi nhi rha kahi in good price. I checked out the FK deal at the same time when it was initially posted here at night, price was 29K and not deliverable in Delhi.
I've just observed amazon is merging all the reviews related to one company/product/line segment instead of an individual. I mean when i was viewing review for 4tb hdd then it also contains review for 8tb section, similarily when i review tp-link1200 wifi adaptor, review section contains almost all the wifi adaptor for tp-link. This really misleading customer by averaging all the review. You've to filter to see a specific product review within the page.

@blr_p is it good wrt dram cache etc stuff. For desktop need it for booting, gaming and storage nothing much.

I got one of these in the last FK sale @22k. Some one reported it was sale again for 18~20k again on FK. Now you be the judge if it worth 26.5k on Amazon

Seen bro, no good sellers. Also price is not discounted at all. Sale will go on till until after Diwali so I'll wait.
Totally worth it, there is still no competition for it at 26k.
I know I'll feel bad to get it for 25k knowing that people have got it for 22k or even less.
But if you really need a monitor and have budget of 30k, you can go for it blindly. You can put price alert tracker for both Amazon and FK, and wait till Diwali.
But it's still value for money at current price of 25k after card discounts. Seller also doesn't look so bad.

I want to upgrade from 22-24" 1080p 60Hz IPS but I'm not desperate right now. As I have time until Diwali so I can wait for a good deal. Perhaps near 20-22K.

If it's the same as Acer Nitro XV272U KVbmiiprzx which has very good review on rtings, then it's better than dell one.
But model name on Amazon is Acer Nitro XV272U KV, so not sure if it's the same.
The version with KV is 165Hz and overclock refresh rate is 170hz

Ordered this TV LG TV and delivering tomorrow, Deal was at 28,980 and Exchanged my old Led non smart tv for 5.5k and got sbi discount of 2.5k. Over all at 21k .

Bought samsung 980 nvme 1TB for 5.9k..
I researched a lot before finally going for 980 nvme. Even compared it with crucial mx500 which got dram but sata cannot compete with pcie 3.0 and after nearing with few wds as well nailed on this! Not bad at all for the price!
