Amazon India lightning deals

I ordered one few months back from appario. No issue at all. Most of my pc components were ordered from them over last 2-3 years. Never had any issue with amazon, CS is great and just a chat resolves problems with quick refunds or new dispatch. I do order a lot from them (because of this .. )

But, do make unboxing videos just to be sure.

Nothing. It's just a cheap Outemu Brown switch keyboard. Good if you want to gift to sister or something. My friend wanted one like this so posted here as well. Probably it will die sooner than a branded one but no one makes a pink one for girls so they can enjoy while it lasts.

Very true, they have the worst customer support. Absolute trash service!

But can be solved, out of experience - just send them threats on Twitter and file consumer forum complaints. Should get solved after that.
Always have proof, so make sure you do proper clear unboxing videos, product offer / warranty info / chat screenshots etc are all kept handy for the future (put them in Google Drive).
This way you have proof if anything happens or need to take them to court.

As for the CPU purchases, I’ve seen multiple posts of people crying on Reddit / Facebook groups about receiving fakes, used etc. I mean, most of the time people are from certain tech groups and in the know of these issues, so why buy when you can get it for 500-1000 more from local shop dealers?
From all the posts I’ve read, mostly it’s a minimal price difference. I suspect new comers, inexperienced buyers are falling for this trap. On the other-hand, I also suspect certain people themselves are inter-changing the product knowing about the Issue and taking advantage, hence FK has started the open-box delivery service, which is good, but you lose satisfaction of opening products at your own leisure. I’ve recently received a Xbox Elite Game Accessory pack + DualSense Edge, both times the delivery person was trying to tear open the package, I stopped them and told them I would do it. They can be very rough with it.
Also, it’s recommended to have another person recording the whole process for further proof. Just my two-cents…
