All I could find was this -

Basis my personal experience I would give them a pass and look elsewhere if it’s a high value purchase. You could go for a “great” deal on a mouse or peripheral if it appeals to you. Placed an order on 18th January for a graphics card and had a very poor experience with Aman who seems to be the sole proprietor and owner of the site/domain. Placed an order and made a 100% advance payment to the account mentioned in Performa Invoice received. Since it looked like a PayU secured payment gateway, I made a 100% advance payment thinking it was legit. I was informed of a next day dispatch and 3 day’s delivery timeline by him on the phone. At most of the stages I was misinformed of the status and delivery timelines. At a stage when I got upset and requested a refund, I was returned 50% of my upfront payment and informed of a Bluedart tracking number 77653665342 which I was told will be delivered to his shipping address as he had them shipped to his address. I was informed subsequently of having shipped by email of DTDC lite basis D55302756. This is where it gets really stupid. The seller had a typo on my mobile number for OTP, all the delivery agent had on him was thin paper with just the invoice. I really lost my patience at this time and called him and threatened him. Supposedly the DTDC folks had forgotten the box and only shipped invoice! I went to the local DTDC office and checked for authenticity, having known them for years, they clearly showed me that the scanning stage had the shipment labelled as 0.02 kg, which is highly unlikely for a graphics card. Thankfully I was refunded the remaining amount when I spoke to him of dire consequences. The whole episode could have been much worse with me losing the amount since I chose to pay through net-banking and not the payment gateway. I was given an excuse of so many things from death in the family to travel that I don’t really intend to believe anything. Wish I had not gone with the purchase and had more peace of my mind in the entire ordeal. I have been told of in person delivery and Borzo and so many excuses that I have given up on the purchase. Bad taste for what now looks like a jinxed upgrade.Anyone ?
Have you got your full refund now? Coz the same thing happened to me and he has not yet refunded 25k. I have reported it to the National Cyber Crime and talked with the Inspector today. He will be updating me on this complaint, hopefully, soon!Basis my personal experience I would give them a pass and look elsewhere if it’s a high value purchase. I will also suggest anybody thinking of buying from theittude.com to stay away from it. It is a scam. and he should be arrested for running this hopeless scam.
Confirming that i did get a full refund although it was done in two installments, after a lot of persistent pestering and mental anguish i had to endure. I wish you had not fallen into the trap and did some research and landed on this page deterring you to purchase from this idiot. He has more than one mobile number, keep pestering him with legal consequences and i hope you get your money back. I wish I had got his physical address in the ordeal and we could have personally confronted him.Have you got your full refund now? Coz the same thing happened to me and he has not yet refunded 25k. Update: Recived the refund after threatening with a complaint on https://cybercrime.gov.in.In Brief: Lots of misinformation coupled with incompetence. Not releasing refund by making excuses and lying.
Bought a 13600KF because I got a good deal with them (10/05/2023). Promised to ship on the same day and lied that product was shipped on the same day. As per tracking details (Bluedart), it was booked for shipping the next day. After lots of delays, he (AMAN) told me he would use another shipping service (DTDC). Made a mistake on pincode due to which package was sent elsewhere. This happened even after I had remined him to update address properly. Told me that he would personally ship the product by going to courier's office. Lied again that product was shipped but on tracking website it showed that product had just been booked for shipping and had still not been picked up. In the middle of all this, he offered me an option to buy from Mdcomputer or another retailer who he thought was located in my city. I corrected him and gave him another option to ship the product to not cause him unnecessarily loss. Told me that he was out of town and had asked his 'Ladka' to ship it and had been misleading me about personal taking care of delivery. Gave him another chance to ship it via DTDC which was done on 22-May-2023. The package was returned back to on shipper's request as per DTDC on 25-26th may. Finally, decided to go for refund. He did 'NEFT' on Saturday evening, nothing happened till today. Kept him informed about this. Asked me for UPI Id today and again made a false promise to transfer money by EOD. After that, stopped picking up calls or responding to chat. I lodged a consumer helpline complaint against him. He responded on chat that this was not necessary and that he would transfer the money by EOD (today), nothing has happed till now.
Note : The above info is just based on memory. I have the details/chats etc. and can provide more Info if required. To me, this sounds a like a situation where the short term money from customer is being used for some other purpose, difficult to confirm. I might eventually get the money after almost a month of time being wasted but that is not a consideration apparently for duplicitous lairs like him.

I came across it on google ads while searching for a specific product and on reddit indiangaming, where many vouched for the site .I am more amazed by the fact that from where ppl find such websites to buy from in the first place. Even mdcomputers/vedant/prime/itdepot were well established in their respective cities before starting their online shopping websites & even then I only came to know about them after they were well established on tech forums & reddit indiangaming presumably by those first buyers who already knew about them from their city. I have never heard of such a reputable/well known shop outside of Nehru Place(cost2cost, computer empire, smc etc) in entire North India.
I never take a second look at any google ad & from my limited browsing experience of /r/Indiangaming I have yet to see this site name being mentioned there(maybe it was buried in the middle of comments of some long thread there so missed it). Definitely not something mentioned in thread titles/popular posts there like I see md/vedant/prime/itdepot/elitehubs.I came across it on google ads while searching for a specific product and on reddit indiangaming, where many vouched for the site .

Missed that link, anyway after seeing it & doing a quick search there for ittude I got only 10 results & when sorted timewise only 3 results remained. Compare that to multiple pages of result for similar search on md/vedant/prime I wouldn't risk this site for anything unless one lives in NCR & can go to their shop directly to purchase the item after confirming same is not available at similar price in Nehru place.I posted a reddit link in my reply to you. The thread had 61 comments and multiple people vouching for the site, and they guy Aman. In any case, this was a calculated risk. I wanted to see how the Cybecrime police process works, but the Ittude guy surrendered against just a threatof compliant. Google ads work fine for me in terms of finding a good deal. Discretion is always advised, though.
The thing that created doubt in my mind was the +1/vouching people were doing for the site and dude. That's the thing about sophisticated scams, they will deliver goods sometimes and act like a proper business so that they can project an aura of authenticity and avoid legal issues.Missed that link, anyway after seeing it & doing a quick search there for ittude I got only 10 results & when sorted timewise only 3 results remained. Ppl vouching for anything in a few threads over a course of an entire year is nothing. md/vedant/prime/itdepot made their reputation over a course of decade. The thing that created doubt in my mind was the +1/vouching people were doing for the site and dude. No it's not nothing. If you can't trust the community then it becomes a bit too difficult to purse such hobbies with no scope for pursuing anything new. I still think its a case of sophisticated scam wherein only a percentage of people are scammed. Kahridye is small site as well but I didn't have any issues with them.Ppl vouching for anything in a few threads over a course of an entire year is nothing.
And? That's true for every industry. Buy things from long running franchise/shop, if possible, that is obvious. BTW, there is a site named itwares which has been round for a 'decade' with many calling them a scam website.md/vedant/prime/itdepot made their reputation over a course of decade.
In todays times of "social media" it is very easy to manipulate communities in short time like a few months or a year. I am guessing kharidye doesn't have as many complaints as ittude despite being older than it.No it's not nothing.
