I wonder how it compares to this viewsonic monitor. It has a lot more stand adjustments at higher refresh rate too? I am looking for a monitor to buy but I don't want to buy acer anymore.

Seems it is SMR which if true then I suggest to avoid it & instead get used 10/12/14TB enterprise class hdd from @aasimenator . Only 10TB & larger drives are almost always CMR & not SMR.
My friend got one like this from Flipkart (4TB version) and inside there is Seagate Baracuda. The problem is you need both USB + Power Adapter to use it and its pretty annoying.
Better get a normal 2.5 inch external HDDs which is powered by the USB cable itself.
So I need these, let me know if you guys come across any of them:
1. CPU: i3 & i5 10-12th gen.
2. with compatible motherboards. Good 12th gen boards is costly.
3. Storage: 256GB 2.5" SATA SSD to replace my laptop
4. Monitor: upto 24" 60hz and 144Hz. Prices seem to have fallen. Just not sure which to buy. MSI or AOC or anything else
5. PC cabinet
6. Rotating office chair
7. Sub 10k smartphone

I found these to be quite harsh on the hands though for my wife... Compared to fiama or Palmolive... So I use this for myself and spend a bit extra for her.. Better to wash right then to anyways spend much more on moisturisers later
The H series is too basic. Would prefer to be B chipset like MSI Pro B760M-A. It's said to be the best motherboard in its budget. Wish it can be had for less than 10k like 8-9k.
If a good motherboard can be had then the i5 12400f would be the best CPU for under 10k. Even the i3 12th gen is said to be exceptional.
But those with 11th gen i5 need not upgrade imo.
GIGABYTE Motherboard B760M D2H DDR4 MB5984 and MSI PRO B760M-E can be get for ~9k ish with CC discount but its not that "steal the deal" kind of a thing but 'okay' deal if we add the 12400F.
I think we should stay away from 13th and 14th gen for now.
