The price is good but have you considered some downsides like:
- Viewing angle being poor. Display fading out while you don't see it at an angle.
- Straights lines looking slightly curved
- Smearing while viewing content having dark theme, especially with text. Given this is new relatively new panel, it might not have that much smearing but I haven't seen reviews measuring response times.

Having used VA panels, most of the shortcomings can be alleviated:
- positioning the monitor to eye level (using monitor arm if the stand doesn't provide height adjustment) to improve the viewing experience
- using FancyZones to utilize the screen real estate well and also reduce the effect of straight lines looking curved to a degree (you can't escape this when using apps in full screen though)
- adjusting the gamma and black stabilizer/boost setting to reduce smearing (in addition to running at 100hz and overdrive)

It's essentially a proximity sensor. It wakes the monitor up when you approach it, puts it to auto-sleep when you're not there, and also auto-adjusts the brightness according to how bright/dim your room is.

This model went for around 12k just a few days back. There are no proper reviews other then this one I came across -

In my opinion, the price is good. This panel set to 240hz with OD shouldn't pose much problems with ghosting. For text, the PPI is not good. But for gaming and multimedia with VA contrast and decent response time compliance for 240hz, this seems good. But personally I'd go for QHD 27inch for text and gaming use.

Can confirm as I have V2, it has proxim and USB hub. The proxim sensor works really well and the Hub is a god send especially if using with >1 systems
