Becuase the fine print is de facto standard in US. Very small group buy phones outright. Everyone is in contract with major telecom retailers. Why not also post the associated fine print.
Even upgrade offers in India are bad. Most people in US can get a free pixel watch with their order, and even get a nice upgrade deal. We dontThey always give out really good offers in the us

I wont trust Ranjit on this, he has said the same for for the older pixels but gegul QC always ****s over the end consumers, I'd rather wait for the next 6 months both for prices to fall and get the actual situation with the pixelsso its good then?

The prices in india don't fall as much as the us markets enjoy tho sadly+++++++1
Never ever buy a Pixel in launch month. These phones see sharp decline in price in just a month or two.
Wait for few days. It is normal for phone to heat up for first few days. If it continues, sell it.The regular pixel 9 is heating like crazy. The phone started to get warm during the setup process itself.
While using camera for 2 to 3 mins the side rails and the back panel is getting hot.
Unable to stay on call beyond 15 mins without handsfree, the display is getting so warm to tough. Not sure why google decided to ignore the vapor chamber for the regular pixels. The phone is simply not suitable for Indian climate.
My pixel 8(and7) got incredibly hot during setup and first few hours too, but not being able to stay on phone for more than 15 mins is concerning. The regular pixel 9 is heating like crazy. The phone started to get warm during the setup process itself.
