Budget 51-70k PC more than good enough for most use cases like editing, moderate gaming, programing

That's sad. I thought since it's got usb 3.2 gen 1 header in motherboard it will be compatible. Should have confirmed.

Already received motherboard and ram. Not opened it. Are there any work around.

I use a Lancool II case with front type C port that I can't use. To be able to use that, I had to spend like 6k extra on a better mobo back then which seemed like a waste of money. Buy USB hub, is cheaper.

This is a concern for me because I got a usb c 2tb external drive. Does the back usb 3 port provide the same speed as usb c for data transfer.

Also if I'm able to return this mobo. Are there any alternatives in that price range or there about.

Found this adapter to connect cabinet usb c. Is this good to go. Also is the website trust worthy 600rs only

You just need to spend a few hundreds to get USB 3.0 extension cable with male Type A on one side & female type C on the other side.

Urgent help required.I got the graphics card. Number mentioned in invoice description not seen anywhere on card or box. Seal was open. I recorded a video of the unboxing. Is it the serial number with with HSN code in invoice description. Please help

Update1
Finally got a call back from Amazon. I described everything. She said they started a investigation. But didn't provided any complaint number even after insisting. She said it will take 3 days for the investigation. This is turning out to be worse than second hand buying.

Should I tag Amazon on Twitter with order number. Do I need to add anything else.

Update2
Now cpu got delivered and the same issue. Seal is broken/not sticking. Number in invoice description not matching with any number on cpu box. In both instances Amazon box came with products I ordered later like bluetooth adapter, usb hub and such perfectly sealed but both cpu, gpu boxes not sealed. Looks like second hand.

I placed a call back on Amazon for cpu issue and not getting any call back.

Update 3
Got a call back from Amazon. This guy sounded more genuine. Even sent me a mail that it is up for investigation. Don't know why the previous lady didn't sent mail. I used wrong item is sent for this instead of defective and damaged item for graphics card issue. Should I raise another call for graphics card for wrong item sent.

i had bought cpu from amazon last year. Have saved 3 docs from them. Only 1 of them ( printable order summary) has the serial no. HSN is not the serial no in my case.
Also for gpu bought 2+ years ago, serial number is in one of the documents ( packing slip ). HSN in invoice is not the serial no here too.
Amazon invoice is weird.

Go to order details and download all links within invoice and check.

Also fyi - cpu/gpu docs should have serial numbers. There are other products where they don't provide serial numbers. Ex Patriot Ram that i had bought from them. Had to confirm from Patriot India distributor that it wont be an issue.

Does the card look new and unused?
What's the date of import?
Has the CPU fan been used? It's an old model, so maybe it was just old stock that was getting cleared. What's the import date on the CPU box?
My older CPU, an AMD FX 8350 came in a tattered box, but the CPU was unused, and the heatsink still had the factory coating of thermal paste on it. As long as the parts work, and are new, I wouldn't worry about the condition of the box.

My motherboard was delivered a few days ago, with the outer box unsealed, but the inner anti-static bag was sealed, and the board looked and felt brand new,so I didn't mind. The motherboards back-plate was taped to the outside of the box. I registered the warranty, and it said 3 years.
If your card looks new, and the only issue you have is of the serial numbers not matching, then I'd keep it, unless Zotac has a policy of only honouring warranties by matching serial numbers on the bill. Try registering the card online, and see what happens.

Sorry about your experience. Hope everything works out for the best.

Thanks @Tracer_Bullet I downloaded warranty pslip and it is showing serial number which is correct as per box:tearsofjoy:. why couldn't the customer care just say that in the first place:angry:. So much for all the heart ache.

Both gpu and cpu got a number besides HSN number printed twice on invoice. But that number on invoice is not anywhere on box or product. Gfx was inside is in a bubble cover( conducive grid bag) without any seal. It doesn't look that's been used much.

Cpu fan has got thermal paste that looks like not used. Don't know if this belongs to i512400. Processor itself looks clean. But I'm not able to judge with my experience.

Processor manufacturing year and month shown on box is September 2024 and gfx manufacture and import date is shown as may 2024.

Previously also ram outer package got a lot of scratches and it's a simple to open also without any seal. Date shown on ram is 2024 august. I haven't opened it. But here seal is there and it looks its opened.

So good thing I assume is that if the information on date in box is correct. They have to give me warranty atleast from the manufacturing date. Don't know if invoice contains is serial number wiriten along with HSN number. Is invoice required for warranty.

If after 3 days Amazon confirms no issues then it's all fine. But return period for motherboard and ram will be over by tomorrow or so.

But if you really want to game, I'd rather recommend you go with a 4060 or a 7600. Go with the latter as it wouldn't cost a buck more. You'll get far better performance that way. The only problem is VRAM. (both cards are 8 gigs).

I had a strange experience with Amazon last month. Had ordered for Samsung 990 Pro. The box was of 990 Pro, but the SSD inside was 980 Pro. Thankfully Amazon accepted a return..
I think there is a separate link in this forum regarding to "Amazon related Shocks"!!.. :)

They didn't mention anything like that on heading or product description. There's no transparency. Basically they are selling open box products as new.

Zotac does not give extended warranty past 90days froom import date. Unless you have very good discount, i would return it if extended warranty fails to register.
Buying some parts from Amazon can be a headache these days. With Other shops like mdcomputer, we can ask for import date before buying.
Actually, direct authorized dealers/sellers listed on Zotac India website ( https://www.zotac.com/in/where_to_buy?location=746 ignore flipkart & amazon) like mdcomputers/vedant/primeabgb etc have their ways to "refresh" their distributor invoice date so even if stock is more than 90 days old it will still register successfully for extended warranty.

In this case the import date is May 2024 so depend on luck if zotac would allow registering 2 years extended warranty but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Btw the RTX 3060 I received was in pristine new sealed condition with mfg date of July 2024.

Did you get extended warranty? Was it for sale price ( i think less than 20k? if i remember right ).
At good price, i guess 3y is ok too.
But hard to be happy with almost stagnant gpu market since the 30 series. And none of this really should be on customer to check.

I got it for 19.7k. it was available for 18.5k in that morning or a day before :(
its ok man, once all is done just enjoy new stuff. 3060 better than 6600 at this price.
Sales in amazon are not that fun anymore. Sometimes they make things cheaper earlier, sometimes later. Just buy if price is ok else you will always keep waiting.

Yet to register, in fact I am planning on selling it here as I ended up with two cards courtesy of a friend's bad luck. I got it for 19.5k & will surely get 5 years extended warranty as mfg date is of July 2024.

How can they say warranty should be registered within 90 days of mfg date. As we don't have any control over mfg date. I could understand if it is invoice date.

@OMEGA44-XT how can these argb connectors of cooler master elite 301 argb and deepcool ag400 can be connected to motherboard ASUS Prime H610M-E D4

Technically it is "mfg date/distributor invoice" which is a way of saying that as long as seller coordinates with zotac India directly they can get their buyers the extended warranty even on 5-6 months old stock (as per zotac official reply screenshot on reddit they don't allow their direct/official sellers to sell too old stock anyway) but amazon & flipkart official sellers are apparently not doing it.

Read mobo manual

That mobo will have at least 1 port for A RGB. If not look for addressable RGB controller or converters, I know those exist.
