    Do you need a server or a client? Building a decent server within 20k is possible, but you would have to go for second hand components. I currently use a plex server with an Nvidia 1050 for transcoding, and it works amazingly well.

    The chenbro 2u with 8 3.5inch hot swap is 23k+GST at Arihant. Cant find anything cheaper in a rack configuration. Im having the same problems as @rock_ya_baby is :(
