that certainly seems to be an issue, perhaps a result of an impact, unless you are getting it for a steal and want to live with that spot, i would suggest to keep away!

@Boot_Comp: Sorry If my message sounded a response to your message for iGo, it actually wasn't, it was just an appreciation of iGo's post for being informative and explanatory.

I faced the same issue on my touch 32gb 3rd gen. It took some time but then the welcome screen/dial pad or whatever it be called appeared fine. I understand it was the time it took to setup the browser and I have seen the same for my LG/Nokia phone too where it has some steps to be completed...

IMO iGO puts in context a lot many things and does it really well, perhaps some that I could have explained (FM/Flash) and a lot more that I wouldn't have. His points make for a good reading and strong argument in support of OS4.0. From a general outlook, we cannot expect one device to do it...

The author of the article just seems to have written it for the heck of it, nitpicking on things like fm/flash is really weird.

True, their prices leave a lot to desire, but i would consider them trustworthy nevertheless, I guess once they are able to fix their exorbitant shipping costs, things will be smoother and more people would purchase.
