I have installed the drivers. This is what I have: System Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> "Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II (26xx)" Windows XP autodetects the h/w and has the drivers. Also used the drivers on the CD with the product.
