Yeah I have this phone. Had some money lying around, so bought it from eBay. The i9+++ (three pluses) is very average. Can't dream of it being my primary phone. Very choppy. Can't play it's own captured videos without them being choppy as shit.

One advice, don't get the Hero. It's not too good. Save up for something better. Maybe the iPhone (jailbroken iPhone is god mode).

ATi seems to have lowered the price of the 48xx family of cards to make the 4770 the sole contender for a mid range card and to make way for the 5xxx cards.

Why don't you simply connect to your desktop via the WiFi itself? It would be much more convenient too, and you'd overcome this problem.

But what about the 4770? If in stock, it shouldn't be more than 5.5k now :D.
