I solved it. I had to disable legacy boot and voila ... It worked

Hi I recently bought a laptop which came installed with windows pro, and i put a new ssd on it. I put the ssd with windows installed on my old laptop, which already has an hdd with windows installed on it. How can make the ssd to boot up with it's installation of windows instead of hdd booting...

@Titokhan the delivery times on lenovo are too high, 3 months. Can you recommend any other (acer, dell) laptop which can be upgraded to 32 gigs? I see a couple of options but i cannot say which ones are upgradable.
