Price may be great but service support is almost nil. Even i bought 116 under same impression as many of you but i will never buy it again. when one of my iphone went bad it was replaced, when samsung galaxy s went bad i got entire internals replaced in about 25 days. This 116 of mine is laying...

Q800 is doing good for me too, had to buy an other android because of compelling applications :). Anyways true colors come out only when service support comes into play. I think i will have to go the legal route with micromax.

Successfully completed one month at service center and counting. I have msged micromax to refund me. No response so far.

Latest update: As Per service center phone is still awaiting spares. I got through their telephone after three days of trial and error to connect. Need not say there is no replies to mail sent to them.
