AFAIK, the EPS model has the same specs as the TP except it has adjustable rails in the back and a slightly dif cooling system. 2x80MM fans vs 1x 120MM the TP 550W V2 is a dual rail psu, and so is the 550EPS V2.....but maybe that EPS ur looking at is not dual rail...which is really something...

seatools is the best hdd diagnostics i have used!

ok, heres how you can first figure out what component is failing. Get Memtest.. run for a long period of time get seagate seatools and do every test to check if its the hdd then buy a DMM to check the rails on your psu. They could be very low...that would cause restarting and if you can get...

...hmmm with the info u gave me....i can think of hundreds of problems causing the restarts. could be the psu, ram, cpu overheating/failure, chipset problem, DIMM slot problems, etc..... lol...ur not helping urself dude. and if you come to a forum where people are willing to try and help you...

yea, i wouldnt switch to pci-e just yet as DX 10/vista will be coming out. so yea, a 6800 should hold u off for a bit... but Udit, those settings u listed in most all of the new games out won't really be possible... unless u like happy lag.

go with a P4 if you not going to be playing games so much. Its MUCH better at multitasking than a normal A64...trust me P4's are also better for encoding as well... Dual core is another story lol
