My gainward Golden Sample goes from 510/900 to 600/1.3 GHZ stable, with temps like 48 idle and 72 load. Using driver version 77.77 (best OC and Stable performance yet for me). This is using Coolbits automatic OC.

As far as I know, a true 480 Watt would do (depending on the current power consumption of your rig). To be on a safer side you can go with a decent 540-550 watter.
