    If you are planning to put an HBA card in future, better not get a GPU and block pci-e lanes. For nas and if you are planning to do raid, the onboard SATA ports are not reliable. Just buy an El cheapo 3200g.

    DLNA is a network protocol not a file format. Even a raspberry Pi can serve files as a dlna server. Some NAS devices have dlna built in.

    Bubbleupnp - server on PC and client on phone. Then just select Chromecast as output device.

    Do you have uefi secure boot enabled in the vm settings? Win11 refuses to install without secure boot enabled.

    ML140 pro is too loud for me. I have a set of 5 of these and the noise was annoying. I got rid of them and replaced them with arctic P14 and noctua nf14 on the rad. Resulted in a much quieter system.
